Who we support
We work with adults with learning disabilities who have a range of needs. - Promote independence, choice, safeguarding, and clear communication in every interaction.
- Uphold CQC standards and contribute to a safe, well-led, and continuously improving service.

- Independent family-run service: over 30 years of compassionate care in a beautiful 18th-century manor house.
- Growth & progression: continuous learning and career development through #GrowingAtTheGoddards.
- Supportive culture: we work with our team, not over them—collegiate, respectful, and values-led.
- Complimentary meals: home-cooked food when working over lunch or dinner.
